About Us

As a trained and accredited coach Joe Barrett, has over 20 years experience, up to senior management roles, within multinational organisations primarily within the medical device/equipment manufacturing sector. Since forming his own company in 2002 he has worked as a coach and consultant with a range of organisations (both private and public) on human resource, management development and organisational change issues.

The focus of Joe's coaching work is to support organisations and individuals achieve their full potential. (See Testimonials section to get clients views)

Having initially commenced his career in Quality function roles he worked for a number of years in Lab Supervision and Quality Engineering giving him practical hands on experience in day-to-day operations. Having moved careers into Human Resources he has operated as head of the HR function in organisations of up to 1000 people in both unionised and non-union environments. His broad General Management experience has been developed as a member of the Senior Management teams in a number of the organisations that he has worked in.

As a HR professional for the last 20 + years he has extensive experience in the management of a broad range of HR and people related activities and having had exposure to significant levels of change he brings a practical approach to both his coaching and consultancy practice which is valued by his clients.

In addition to his initial qualifications (Diploma in Applied Science), Joe has continued his belief in life long learning to achive the following qualifications.
