What is Coaching and why use a CoachCoaching is a one-to-one process of support, challenge and personal development. Coaching is a relationship in which the coach helps the client to become clearer about what they need and to design 'solutions' to these needs. Every coaching relationship is different because the process is designed around the client - in other words, the client sets the agenda, and the client-s general approach to work and life will have a significant bearing on how the coach relates to him or her.
