I decided to seek coaching at a time when I was unclear where my career was going and I felt unhappy in my present role. Having the facility to share my thoughts openly in an environment away from work and family allowed me to get greater clarity and confidence and ultimately be satisfied that I was making the right decisions with regard to my career. The meetings were friendly and open and helped me put actions around my thoughts. I would recommend this to anyone struggling to make that big decision or unsure of their path.
The sessions we had pushed me to maximize my own personal abilities and gave me the strength to view difficulties outside the box. It made me view the problem from different perspectives.
